We have discovered that Ensim boxes that were setup using the Ensim OSI installer will cause CyDock's Ensim interface to crash with the error:

Can't use string ("") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at PERL2EXE_STORAGE/Net/SSH/Perl/Packet.pm

We are investigating what is causing this error and will release an update shortly. In the mean time please install Ensim manually when planning to use CyDock. If you have any questions please contact us.
