Return Policies

CyDock Systems offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all new CyDock orders.  Refunds will only be issued if the refund request form AND the intellectual property rights destruction form are received within 14 days of the date of order.  If you received a free install prior to your refund request a $40.00 service fee will be deducted from your requested refund.  Your site will be monitored for up to 1 year to ensure CyDock is no longer in use.  If you have received a refund and continue to use CyDock you be held liable for civil and criminal penalties.  You may file for your refund HERE.

Privacy Policies

At no time does CyDock systems share or distribute any personal information provided to us through the use of our website.  CyDock will not provide services of any kind to anyone under the age of 13.  We will not use information provided to us unless you have requested us to do so.  There are mailing lists and forums for which you may subscribe and un-subscribe to at will

Website Use Policies

Customers may use the CyDock website for many reasons such as reviews, support, industry discussions, and other such related services.  We provide mailing lists, forums, and chat rooms to our customers and visitors.  It is expected our customers respect federal, state, and local laws regarding their actions on our site and CyDock Systems is at no time liable for actions of its visitors or customers.  Visitors to our site a required to remain professional and proper while using the CyDock website and are to refrain from using profane language, abusive topics, and attacks against others.

Code Posting

Any code (including but not limited to Perl, HTML, Java, etc ) posted to CyDock Systems in any method (including but not limited to email, forums, chat, news, etc) is posted under the GPL license.  If you do not own the intellectual property rights to said code you may not under any circumstances post it in any format.  The only exception is code posted by CyDock Systems, its staff or associates;  In which case all code is owned 100% by CyDock Systems and licensed under the CyDock license.

Software Demo Use Policies

CyDock Systems provides online active demos for potential customers to review our product.  CyDock Systems is not responsible for the actions, language, or other abuse of these demos.  CyDock requests those who use the online demo's respect others and refrain from changing passwords, using profane language and other such devious acts.  Because the demo is live with administrator access easily available CyDock Systems provide no warranty as to the usability of the demo's provided on this site.

Software Piracy

Software piracy is illegal.  CyDock systems will prosecute those who pirate their software to the fullest extent of the law.  If you suspect software piracy please report it to piracy@cydock.com.
